Wrap Up

I can’t say the last 4 weeks have been easy, but they haven’t been hard. I can tell you that what I have done is learn, A LOT! I have more energy and have had fun learning new ways of eating and a new livable lifestyle.

Joel Marion’s book, “Always Eat After 7”, has helped me retrain my brain and focus on a more healthy lifestyle level than just calories in and out. This is a lifestyle change and a very simple plan to follow. Joel says, “Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.” I love that there really aren’t crazy food restrictions like some other plans and that I can eat when my body needs nutrition.

My biggest takeaway from this book are the myths that Joel debunks. It’s been very eye opening and a wonderful learning experience for me. I have more energy and am excited that I can continue this plan very easily. Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance.

I encourage you to watch this video of some tips from Joel. Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.
