Day Out with a Toddler in STL

One thing that I absolutely LOVE about our (still new to us) city are the many options of FREE things to do! Now, that doesn’t mean we actually get to do them. With our wide range of ages and various schedules, it can be a challenge to find something to do ALL together!

With a month full of stress and emotions, Creg forced me out of the house suggested we get out of the house for some quality time with our not so baby, baby.

St. Louis Science Center

The St. Louis Science Center is a great place to take kids of all ages! There’s a video game area for the teens (because we all know that’s all they care about), a space area, farming, life science, stem, and of course DINOSAURS! Can you guess why we took Dax?

You could easily spend all day, or just an hour or so. There’s even a cafe for lunch time! The best part, admission is FREE! You can street park or pay the $10 for parking. There are some other paid options once you get into the museum, but there is plenty to do without having to pay more!

If you think you’ll go more than 5 times a year, purchase a $50 membership and get some added benefits! They have new exhibits all the time and are always making updates! If you are needing something to do, I highly suggest it!

The Science Center sounds like a place I could spend a day… even without kids! How awesome that it’s free and right there in the same town you live in!

Looks like the great place to take your kids. Both of our girls love going to places like this. And some to the art museum just for our family time. Beautiful pictures by the way.
